I recently visited Scoopy Scrub Goa, a reputable brand offering a range of top-notch pet-care services across 30+ cities in India, including pet hygiene, grooming, aroma therapy bath, medicated bath, tick & flea treatment, de-matting, teeth brushing, and more. My decision to take Bailey to Scoopy Scrub’s Goa outlet in Caranzalem for a basic groom turned out to be a pleasant experience.
What struck me the most was the genuine care and affection the staff showed towards the pets. They treated Bailey with such kindness and understanding, making her feel comfortable and at ease during the first-ever grooming session. Despite Bailey’s initial fidgetiness, the staff’s patience and expertise helped her relax and enjoy the experience, especially the soothing body scrub.
